              •  Repeat the same thing with right leg. This is one round.

                 Breath – Inhale and at the end of breath raise left leg, hold the breath and
                 hold the positions, Exhale while lowering the leg to the starting position.

              Benefits

              This is best practice for both upper and lower back. It is beneficial in sciatica and
              slipped disc therapy. It also alleviates constipation.

              •  Perform all backward bending asanas practices as mentioned above for 5
                 weeks and observe the effects.
